If we consider at least 2hr before workout you have to take more carbohydrates.
So you can have whole grain, or wheat bread with the peanut butter, or boiled egg you can take, chana also works the best.
Also before going to gym 5-10 min before you can take a fruit the best is banana or apple or orange, etc…
Before workout don’t take so much protein diet because this type of fluid digest slowly.
After workout you have to take protein shake and you can continue with your protein diet, depending upon your routine.
