1. Eating Proper Diet:

A healthy diet always works for every problem, most of the things depend on consumption.

So the vision-related query also diet play a major role. We have listed the sources which can help us to improve our eyesight or to cure eye-related problems.

Especially the nutrients like omega-3 fatty acids work better which can be found in fatty fish such as salmon, tuna and halibut aid in recovering the problem like macular.

Nowadays most of the work is done through the computer so we use it continuously likewise mobile we use so our eyes get tired so we need a proper rest.

Exercise may aid in the prevention or management of diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.

These diseases can cause vision or eye problems. So, if you exercise on a regular basis, you can reduce your chances of developing these eye and vision problems.

Exercise and a healthy weight can benefit your eyes as much as your waistline.

Too much sugar in your bloodstream causes damage to the delicate artery walls. So make sure to try to maintain your blood sugar.

So fitness directly helps to protect you from eye damage.

    • Focus on your finger and move your finger slowly at some point where you can focus then bring your finger back with a focus slowly.

  2. Figure Eight
    • Look on the floor and focus on any point and draw an imaginary 8 with that point.

  3. Near and Far
    • Put your finger at some point and then focus on your finger then look at some point far away from the finger at the same line then again focus on your finger, do it several times.
